Delegates (ICU Europe AGM)

A dedicated accommodation option is available for federation representatives attending the ICU Europe General Assembly (AGM).

Official Hotel: Hotel Stages

• Located directly next to the competition venue O2 universum

• AGM will take place at this hotel

• Rate: EUR 99 per night

• Taxes and local fees not included

The booking link is valid until March 30, 2026, subject to availability. Early booking is strongly recommended due to limited capacity.

National Federations (Large Groups)

National federations organizing travel and accommodation for entire country delegations or large groups are encouraged to contact the organizing team as early as possible.

Support includes:

• Preliminary group reservations

• Travel packages and local transfers

• Assistance with buses and practice facilities
