Travel info
To support teams, coaches, and delegation managers with travel planning, the Organizing Committee has prepared official travel and accommodation arrangements in cooperation with our official travel partner, Fractal.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE Teams are strongly advised to use Fractal for all accommodation and travel bookings. The Organizing Committee and the Czech National Federation (ČACH) cannot guarantee the quality, availability, or reliability of services booked through non-official travel agencies. Bookings made outside the official travel partner are at the team’s own risk.

Venue
o₂ universum
The Championship will take place at O₂ universum, Prague.
The following on-site services and facilities are planned:
Designated warm-up areas for teams
A venue map for spectators and participants
Professional photography services, including printed photos and photobooth options
On-site video replay of performances
High-quality performance videos available for purchase
Changing cabins (however the usual changing rooms and storages are not available and it is advised to come stage ready with minimal amount of personal belongings)

💸 PAYMENTS AT O2 UNIVERSUM All food and drink purchases at O2 universum are cashless only, so make sure you're set up with a card or mobile payment before you arrive. More info here.
Stage & WARM UP
The competition floor (at the main stage and warm up areas) is 16 × 14 meters. Accessible ramps will be installed to allow safe and efficient access for teams and athletes to an elevated Stage.
The height of the warm up area ceiling is 6.6 meters.
Surface for Performance categories (Marley flooring) are softer at warm-up, harder on stage due to the flooring underneath.
Hotel stages
Hotel Stages, located within a 2-minute walk from O2 universum, will serve as an additional event location. The hotel will host Team Material Pick Up Point (accreditation, pre-ordered merch and lunches collection), a participant chill-out zone, and the Cultural Exchange Party.

Rules
Spotters
The organiser does not provide spotters.
Teams may bring up to 5 spotters, who may accompany the team through the full warm-up and performance process.
Spotters must:
Be athletes aged 18 or older
Wear no jewellery
Be dressed differently from the competing athletes

30 high-resolution photographs covering your full performance: emotions, formations, stunts, and everything in between.

Full HD recording of your competitive routine, filmed from the optimal position at the centre of the venue. Perfect for reliving the moment — and invaluable for coaches reviewing execution and formations.
Pre-ordered videos are delivered immediately after the competition. On-site orders take up to 14 days.

The official ICU Europeans 2026 merch collection is here! Browse the full collection in the merch catalogue and plan your picks before you arrive.
Team preorders are ready for collection on Thursday at the Team Material Pick Up Point (see above). Large orders can be bulky — bring extra hands.

FOOD PACKAGES
The Chef of Stages Hotel Prague has prepared dedicated meal packages for ICU Europeans 2026 athletes and coaches — available for lunch and dinner on all 3 competition days (3–5 July).
Pre-orders are now closed. Coaches will collect the meal package vouchers for their athletes on Thursday at the Team Material Pick Up Point.
The lunch will be served at the Athletes Restaurant at Hotel Stages.

Events
Cultural exchange party
The official Cultural Exchange Party is a social event for athletes and coaches, offering an opportunity to meet participants from other countries, make new friends, exchange national and team merchandise, and experience the multicultural atmosphere of the Championship.
The Cultural Exchange Party will take place on Friday.
More detailed information about the program, location, and schedule will be published soon.
