Registration

The registration system RegSys for ICU Europeans 2026 is now live. Deadline is on 23 May, midnight. Before you complete registration, you need:
  • Federations: Sign & upload the Safeguarding document (download in RegSys)
  • Clubs: Sign & upload the Music Clearance document (download in RegSys)

Fees

The registration fee is set at €60.00 per competitor for the entire event, regardless of the number of categories in which the competitor participates. Winners of the European Cheer League (ECL) from the previous year are exempt from the registration fee.

Travel info

To support teams, coaches, and delegation managers with travel planning, the Organizing Committee has prepared official travel and accommodation arrangements in cooperation with our official travel partner, Fractal.

Important notice

Teams are strongly advised to use Fractal for all accommodation and travel bookings. The Organizing Committee and the Czech National Federation (ČACH) cannot guarantee the quality, availability, or reliability of services booked through non-official travel agencies. Bookings made outside the official travel partner are at the team’s own risk.

Venue

o₂ universum

The Championship will take place at O universum, Prague.
The following on-site services and facilities are planned:
  • Designated warm-up areas for teams
  • A venue map for spectators and participants
  • Professional photography services, including printed photos and photobooth options
  • On-site video replay of performances
  • High-quality performance videos available for purchase
  • Changing cabins (however the usual changing rooms and storages are not available and it is advised to come stage ready with minimal amount of personal belongings)

Stage & WARM UP

The competition floor (at the main stage and warm up areas) is 16 × 14 meters. Accessible ramps will be installed to allow safe and efficient access for teams and athletes to an elevated Stage.

The height of the warm up area ceiling is 6.6 meters.

Hotel stages

Hotel Stages, located within a 2-minute walk from O2 universum, will serve as an additional event location. The hotel will host accreditation collection, a participant chill-out zone, and the Cultural Exchange Party.

The Chef of Stages Hotel Prague has prepared dedicated meal packages for ICU Europeans 2026 athletes and coaches — available for lunch and dinner on all 3 competition days (3–5 July).

Cultural exchange party

The official Cultural Exchange Party is a social event for athletes and coaches, offering an opportunity to meet participants from other countries, make new friends, exchange national and team merchandise, and experience the multicultural atmosphere of the Championship.

The Cultural Exchange Party will take place on Friday.
